7 Signs That Mole May Be Cancerous

  1. COLOUR CHANGES: The first sign of a potentially cancerous mole is a drastic changes in colour.

  2. EVOLVING MOLE: Transition in color, shape, height, or surface texture

  3. BLURRED BORDER: Healthy moles have a defined border. However, melanomas (cancerous moles) tend to appear blurred or irregular around the outside edges.

  5. SIZE: Healthy moles don’t grow any larger in size than 6mm in width.

  6. ASYMMETRY: Healthy moles are usually symmetrical, which means they are equally sized
